Irene Roselyn Holmes

Irene Roselyn Holmes 85, Wausau, died Wednesday November 22, 2006 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born July 15, 1921, in Cicero, Ill., daughter of the late Charles and Rose (Preban) Beranek. For over 40 years, Irene had many piano playing jobs in restaurants, lounges and for parties. Survivors include a daughter, Diane (Robert) VanLanen, Weston, three grandchildren and two great granddaughters. Services will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday November 25, 2006 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Forest Park, Ill. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. Saturday until the time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home.
