Houa Her

Houa Her 89, Wausau, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at North Central Health Care, Wausau. She was born January 7, 1923 in Laos, daughter of the late Song Mang Her and Bla Vang and wife of the late Lateng Thao. Survivors include, one son, Zang Dang Thao (Yer Y. Thao); three daughters, Mang Thao, Chia Thao (Wang Kao Moua) and Zer T. Yang (Tom Yang); many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Besides her parents and husband, Lateng, she was preceded in death by one son, Ying Thao; three daughters, Soua Thao, Mai Thao and Khoua Thao; four brothers, Ning Yia Her, Xeng Kao Her, Kao Her and Pang Doua Her; and two sisters, Zang Her and Zoua Her. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 27, 2012 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Visitation will be on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. and again on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until time of services all at the funeral home.
