Hildegarde Ann Bie

Hildegarde A. Bie, 88, formerly of Wausau and Woodruff, died Monday, September 23, 2002 in Norco, California. Hildegarde was born November 6, 1913 in Cold Springs, Minnesota, daughter of the late Louis and Anna (Olk) Zieglmeier. She married Joseph Bie on June 5, 1936. He preceded her in death on September 23, 1986. Hildegarde was a homemaker and also worked as a cook for the hot lunch program at St. Anne School. She was member of the Church of St. Anne Fatima Council. She loved to sew and was a skilled seamstress. She is survived by two sons, James (Mary) Bie, Norco, California, John (Lynda) Bie, Woodruff; six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; three sisters, Isabelle Marvin, Lorraine Hainy and Selvina (Henry) Wix all of Wausau. Besides her husband, Joseph and her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, September 26, 2002 at The Church of St. Anne, Wausau. The Rev. Steven Brice will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue is in charge of arrangements.
