Henry "Hank" L. Radke
69, town of Stettin, died Thursday, March 29, 2012 at his home.
He was born October 3, 1942 in Stettin, son of the late Herman and Florence (Denfield) Radke. In 1962 he married Paulette Hoeppner at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Marathon. She preceded him in death on February 20, 2008.
Hank enjoyed many outdoor activities including hunting, cooking maple syrup and taking his grandsons salmon fishing. He had also enjoyed camping, traveling and going out for dinner with his wife, Paulette.
Survivors include his four daughters, Julie (Jon) Boland, Wausau, Tammy (Jeff) Bushman, Wittenberg, Jennifer (Forrest) Franks, town of Stettin and Jill Radke, town of Stettin; grandsons, Ty and Mitch Steinke; brother, Bernell (Geraldine) Radke, Wausau; brother-in-law, Don Brinkman, many nieces and nephews and his cat, Butters.
Besides his parents and wife, Paulette, he was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Brinkman and a brother, Roland Radke.
A celebration of life will be held from Noon until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Hank's home, 9811 Stettin Drive, Wausau.
