Henrietta I. Viegut
91, formerly of Edgar, died Thursday, September 15, 2005 at Marywood Convalescent Center, Wausau.
She was born April 24, 1914 in the town of Wien, daughter of the late Paul and Agnes (Borchardt) Mueller. On June 14, 1941, she married Ewald Viegut in the town of Wien. He preceded her in death on June 1, 1984.
Henrietta was a homemaker. Among her many interests, she enjoyed embroidery, word search puzzles and gardening. She was a member of the Prestige Club, Bank of Edgar and the St. John Lutheran Ladies Aid.
Survivors include, three daughters, Eunice (Jerome) Meyer, LeAnn (Lonnie) Lewis, all of Wausau and Sandra (Rick) Roggenbauer, Stratford; three sons, Eugene (Lila) Viegut, Wausau, Gerald (Karen) Viegut, Stratford and Ronald Viegut, Edgar; ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Orpha Wiesman, Stratford; and nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, Ewald; she was preceded in death by three sisters, Adeline Albrecht, Edna Viegut and Elizabeth Mueller; and three brothers, Edwin, Paul Jr. and Edward Mueller.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 2005 at St. John Lutheran Church, Hwy N, Edgar. Rev. Jeff Tarras will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until time of services all at the church.
Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar is in charge of arrangements.
