Helen A. Myszka

Helen A. Myszka 89, Athens, died Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born October 15, 1916 in the town of Rietbrock, daughter of the late August and Emily (Stencil) Urmanski. On June 5, 1934, she married John Myszka at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski. He preceded her in death on February 15, 1984. Helen was a homemaker. Survivors include, three children, John (Jacqueline) Myszka, Athens, Gordon (Bonnie) Myszka, Murfreesboro, Tenn. and Judy (Robert) Dahlke, Mosinee; eleven grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; two sisters, Marcella Heil and Bernadette (Leon Thomas) Stieber, all of Wausau; and nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, John, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and George Urmanski; and two sisters, Eleanor Drewek and Stella Sikorski. The memorial mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski. Rev. Charles Hiebl will preside. Burial will follow at the parish cemetery.
