Gregory D. Wittke 60, 1555 Sumner Street, Wausau died Thursday, March 15, 2007 at his home surrounded by his loving family and cat. Gregory was the founder and president of KidStuff, Inc., a representative organization in the Infant and Juvenile Products Industry since 1991. Gregory proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Wittke, Wausau, his children, Adam (Kelly) Wittke and Nicole (Brad) Butor, both of Minneapolis and one granddaughter, Cecelia Anita Butor, and his expectant grandson, his siblings, Orrene (Charles) Scott, Coon Rapids, Minn., Diane (John) Ebert, Naples, Florida, Debra (James) Olsen, South Haven, Minn., and Pam (Loren) Hennes, Breezy Point, Minn., and his mother and father-in-law, Georgene (Charles) Lang, Marathon. He is further survived by many wonderful sister and brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Dale & Anita Wittke and sister, Sharon Wittke. Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, March 18th, at Immanuel Baptist Church, Rib Mountain. Visitation will begin at the church at 1:00 p.m., and the service will begin at 3:00 p.m. Greg had a passion for God whom he came to know personally in 1985, for Cynthia, to whom he referred to as his "forever bride", for his children and for "Again-A Ben" the cat. Greg enjoyed golf, travel and gadgets and was lovingly known as Greggie Pooh Putzer! We would like to extend deep thanks to Dr. Hamied Rezazadeh and Dr. Darryl Barton and all of the staff at the Aspirus UW Cancer Center for the care given to Greg and Cindy during Greg's treatments. Beyond words, you are richly blessed with talents! In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to: The Gideon's, or The G.R.E.G Foundation, which is being established.
