Gregory Steven Norris, 37, of Wausau, Wisconsin, passed away on May 4, 2025. Born in Wausau on May 26, 1987, he was a devoted father, son, and a man of many talents and passions.
A 2005 graduate of Wausau East High School and North Central Technical Collage, Greg went on to build a career in welding, becoming the lead welder at Crystal Finishing. He had several advanced certifications and took great pride in his craft, known for both his skill and strong work ethic.
He had a deep love for his children, cherishing every moment spent with them – especially the joy of swimming, playing video games, and watching movies together. A lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers, he was thrilled to attend numerous games, including the legendary “Snow Bowl” playoff game against Seattle, a memory he often recalled with excitement.
His curiosity and talent for technology led him to excel in building computers and exploring the world of physics. He was also an animal lover, known for his nature and compassion toward all creatures.
Greg is survived by his fiancée, Tammeka LeNoble; his beloved daughter, Atiyana; and stepson, Zane. He is also survived by his parents, Steve and Kari Norris; his sister, Brittany (David) Miller; and his nephews, Declan and Camden Miler; and several cousins and loved relatives.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, learning, and loyalty. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the honor of knowing him.
