Gregory Donald Jesse

Gregory Donald Jesse, 60, Wausau, died Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was born July 10, 1956 in Wausau, son of Eric and JoAnn (Vesely) Jesse. Gregory worked as a shipping clerk for Goetsch's Welding for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, camping and anything outdoors. His favorite band was Foghat and he loved preparing meals and having family and friends over to enjoy them. He was an extremely generous person and was always available to lend a helping hand in any way he could. Recently he started helping with the grounds and track maintenance at Tomahawk Speedway and really enjoyed all the new people he met there. Survivors include his children, Daniel (Ellen Anderson) Jesse, Benjamin (Fredelyn) Jesse and Joel Jesse; parents, Eric and JoAnn Jesse; brothers, Joe (Marcia) Jesse, Jon (Louise) Jesse, Randy (Teresa) Jesse, Tim (Cary) Jesse and Jeff (Luke) Jesse; former spouse and mother of his children, Carol Jesse (Sam) Corazalla and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a very special uncle, Donald Jesse. Memorial visitation will be 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau.
