Gordon C. Brown

Gordon C. Brown 74, Wausau, died Wednesday, March 12, 2003 at his home. He was born November 4, 1928 in Wausau. Son of the late Charles and Ida (Haufschildt) Brown. On June 26, 1954, he married Joyce Rau in Stratford. She preceded him in death on August 30, 1966. Gordon was a veteran of the US Air Force and worked for the American Can Company until the time of his retirement. Survivors include one daughter, Connie (Jeff) Trittin, Wausau; two sons, Craig (Therese) Brown, Mosinee and Kevin Brown, Wausau; three grandchildren; three sisters, Violet Martens, Sharon Frank and Nancy Heil all of Wausau; one brother, George (Eleanor) Brown, Wausau. Memorial visitation will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2003 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th St., Wausau. Burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. Monday until the time of services at the 6th St. funeral home.
