Geraldine E. Knetter

Geraldine E. Knetter 69, 702 S. 20th Street, Wausau, died Friday March 7, 2003 at her home. She was born April 3, 1934 in Ringle, daughter of Blanche (Barden) Stoltz, Wausau and the late Henry Stoltz. On October 25, 1958 she married Raymond Knetter at Holy Name Catholic Church, Wausau. He preceded her in death June 13, 1997. Survivors besides her mother, Blanche Stoltz, Wausau, include a son, Lee (Kimberly) Knetter, Wausau, and their son, Benjamin; a daughter, Kay (James) Schinker, New Berlin and their sons, Michael and Jonathan; a brother, Roger, (Nancy) Stoltz, Wausau. Besides her father and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Ronald Stoltz. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Monday March 10, 2003 at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. Rev. Joseph Gyim-Austin will preside. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Monday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th Street, Wausau, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
