Gary M. Madden

Gary M. Madden 44, Schofield, died Sunday, August 1, 2004 as a result of a traffic accident in Illinois. He was born October 12, 1959 in Merrill, son of Lorraine (Hopp) Madden, Schofield and the late Patrick Madden. He married Celia in the Philippines. She survives. Gary was a veteran of the US Navy and was a truck driver for Wausau Carriers. He was a member of the Wisconsin and Michigan Bear Hunting Association. Besides being an avid bear hunter, Gary enjoyed reading, cooking, watching NASCAR and working on cars. Besides his wife, Celia Madden, Philippines and mother, Lorraine Poi, Schofield, survivors include one son, Patrick Madden, Philippines; three sisters, Cheryl Madden, Wausau, Susan (Patrick) Schilling and Amy (Randy) Schilling all of Weston; many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 6, 2004 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Burial will be in the Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.
