Freda U. Fochs

Freda U. Fochs 99, 8607 Azalea Road, Rib Mountain, died Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services. She was born October 17, 1905 in the town of Rib Mountain, daughter of the late Fred and Josephine (Peterson) Urban. She married Anton P. Fochs. He preceded her in death on April 23, 1977. Freda was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter, Lucille (Robert) Seiwert, Rib Mountain; a son, Eugene (Margaret) Fochs, Mosinee; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, Anton, she was preceded in death by three children, Lou Ann Lang, Geraldine Lach and Roger Fochs; and three sisters. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 17, 2004 at Grace United Church of Christ, Wausau. Rev. Jake Close will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call Friday at 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street is in charge of arrangements.
