Fred H.E. Kloth, 85, Town of Hamburg died Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Atrium of Weston.
He was born February 19, 1931 in the town of Browning, son of the late Edward and Edna (Schlais) Kloth. On May 28, 1955 he married Lynette Klockziem in the town of Stettin. She preceded him in death on August 18, 2015.
Fred was a dairy/ginseng farmer in the town of Hamburg for many years. He also did many construction jobs for local companies, did some logging and worked at the former Underwood Veneer. His favorite pastimes included hunting, fishing and baseball.
Survivors include his children, Randy (Patricia) Kloth, Athens, Sandra (Glenn) Kunze, Tomahawk and LaVonne (Roger) Lepak, Marathon, 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 step granddaughter, one brother, Alvin (Rosie) Kloth, Medford and two sisters-in-law, Adeline Kloth, Medford and Janet Kloth, Merrill, two brothers-in-law, Levi (Delphine) Klockziem, town of Hamburg and Douglas Dahlke, Wausau as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Lynette, his siblings, Carolyn Clark, Minnie Janda, Lillian Weiland, Marion Kloth and Edward, Elmer and Roland Kloth.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, town of Hamburg. The Rev. Philip Bogen will officiate. Burial will be in the Rib View Cemetery, town of Stettin. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Marathon and again on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
