Frank V. Walters

Frank lived his entire life in the Town of Texas and seved the township as their Zoning Officer. He was a life long member of St. Michael Catholic Church, currently serving as a money counter, usher and on the Finance Committee.
Through the challenges he encountered in farm work or to help his family and friends, Frank always had repairs or projects to keep him busy. Because of his love of tinkering, he will be remembered as a "Master Inventor," as no project was beyond his ability to think out and create a solution.
He enjoyed dancing to Polka music, playing Sheepshead, fishing, bowling and playing pool. Special to Frank was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. His philosophy of life was simple, and the phrase he repeated often was, "The best is not to get too excited".
