Frank J. Maxson

Frank J. Maxson, 24, 509 Redwood Street, #22, Edgar, died tragically, Thursday, March 7, 2002 in a snowmobile accident. Frank was born August 23, 1977 in Marshfield, son of Aledith (Koepke)Gottschalk and the late Clarence Maxson. Frank was a mechanic for Wausau Carriers Inc. Hunting, fishing, snowmobiles and Nascar racing were some of Frank's favorite hobbies. He is survived by his mother; Aledith Gottschalk, Edgar, fiancAC.; Elizabeth Hall, Edgar, two sisters, Laura (Mike) Trebour, Florida, Anne Maxson, Bristol, grandmother, Edith Koepke, Edgar, uncle and aunt, Neal (Anna) Koepke, Edgar, three cousins, Steven Koepke, Wausau, Michael Koepke, Edgar and Mark Koepke, Edgar, stepbrother, Jon Gottschalk, Franklin. Besides his father, Frank was preceded in death by his stepfather, Lee Gottschalk. The Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2002 at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rib Falls. The Rev. Terry Reich will officiate. Burial will be in the St. John Lutheran cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4- 8 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
