Florence A. Cyganek

Florence A. Cyganek, 89, 500 Grand Avenue, Wausau, died Sunday, June 27, 2004 under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Community Health Care Wausau Hospital. She was born March 2, 1915 in the town of Emmet, daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Kowelefski) Novitzke. She married Theodore Cyganek. He preceded her in death on February 13, 1995. Prior to her retirement she had been employed with Marathon Battery Works, Wausau. Survivors include one brother, Alex Novitzke, Wausau one sister Phyllis Olson, Wausau; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Theodore Cyganek, three brothers, Robert Novitzke, Edward Novitzke, Leo Novitzke and one sister Delphine Berna. The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:30 a.m.Wednesday, June 30, 2004 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Wausau. Entombment will be in the Garden of Eternal Rest Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
