Evelyn A. Teige

Evelyn A. Teige 93, Wausau, died Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau. She was born May 9, 1915 in Wausau, daughter of the late John and Mary (Neitzke) Chiber. On July 14, 1934, she married Silvanus Teige in Wausau. He preceded her in death on August 19, 1996. Survivors include, three sons, Glenn (Kathe) Teige, Eugene, Oregon, Gerald (Sharon) Teige, Weston and Larry Teige, Florida; one sister, Fern (Anthony) Kittle, Wausau; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Silvanus, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Janice Johnson; and four sisters, Adalia Krueger, Alice Weber, Myrtle Ramthun and Verna Jaecks.
