Evelyn Schuster
83, Wausau, died Saturday January 15, 2005 at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau.
She was born November 12, 1921 in Mosinee, daughter of the late John and Helen (Sailar) Rader. On September 19, 1939 she married Victor Schuster at St. Mary Catholic Church, Marathon. He preceded her in death October 10, 1996.
Evelyn was a homemaker and her favorite pasttimes were knitting, crocheting and sewing.
Survivors include four daughters, Bette (Richard) Gajewski, Joan (Michael) Alters, all of Wausau, Nancy (Dale) Matis, Marathon, Mary Lou Albert, Wauwautosa, two sons, James (Mary Ann) Schuster, Wausau, Tim (Bernice) Schuster, Tripoli, 24 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Marion Kraimer, Wausau and Armella (Bernard) Adams, Athens.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor; four brothers and two sisters.
The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. Rev. Joseph Gyim-Austin will preside. Entombment will be in the Memorial Chapel Mausoleum in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau, and again at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, until time of services at the church. The rosary service will be at 7:00 p.m. Monday at the Stewart Avenue funeral home.
