Evelyn A. Borski

Evelyn A. Borski 87, Wausau, died Friday, March 31, 2006 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born May 19, 1918 in Stevens Point, daughter of the late Max and Verna (Lewendowski) Kruziki. On August 30, 1939, she married Chester Borski in Stevens Point. He preceded her in death on February 23, 1961. Evelyn worked as a custodian for the Wausau Area School District for many years until her retirement. Among her many interests, she enjoyed baking, traveling, gardening, playing cards and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include three children, Barb (Ron) Leszczynski, Rothschild, Dennis Borski and Jeff Borski, all of Wausau; three grandchildren, Pam (Thomas Skiles) Leszczynski, Minneapolis, Minn., Eric Leszczynski, Weston and David (Chrissy) Leszczynski, Mt. Horeb; and two great grandchildren, Clara and Nathan Leszczynski. The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 3, 2006 at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. Rev. Joseph Gyim-Austin will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
