Elroy H. Stieber

Elroy H. Stieber 82, Wausau, died Saturday, June 24, 2006, at his home, under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services. Prior to his retirement, Elroy had been self employed as a cabinet maker and carpenter. Survivors include his wife, Helen (Morrill) Stieber, Wausau, seven children, Joe (Terry) Stieber, Daniel (Terisa) Stieber, Tom Stieber, Melissa (Scott) Litzer, Rick (Deb) Miller, Ruth (Don) James, Gale (John) Price, 15 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, siblings, John (Jan) Stieber, Ralph Stieber, Julie (Jack) Froom, Theresa (Richard) Wolford, Sylvia (Wallace) Hintz, Vernetta (Oscar) Lang, Marian (Joe) Von Kollenburg, Joan Schmitz. Memorial services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 29, 2006, at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Wausau. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Mosinee. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of services at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Comfort care and Hospice Services or the charity of your choice. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau, is in charge of arrangements.
