Elizabeth R. Wallner

Elizabeth R. Wallner 91, Wausau, died Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at Mount View Care Center, Wausau. She was born July 7, 1915 in Poniatowski, daughter of the late Anton and Anna (Zell) Jagodzinski. On September 4, 1937 she married Leo Wallner in Poniatowski. He survives. Elizabeth was a homemaker who enjoyed the outdoors, especially gardening and loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband, Leo; daughter, Geraldine (Al) Sonnentag, Wausau; grandchildren, Sandi (Kevin) Schmitz, Green Bay and Richard (Marie) Sonnentag, Hawthorn Wood, Ill.; great grandchildren, Kyle, Katie, Shaelyn, Austin, Aaron and Alexis, many other relatives and friends. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by eight brothers and one sister. The funeral mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2007 at St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. The Rev. Norman Boneck will preside. Burial will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery, Edgar. Friends may call Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services all at the church.
