Elizabeth "Betty" A. Schreier

Elizabeth "Betty" Schreier, 62, Marathon, died Friday, June 9, 2017 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born January 17, 1955 in Wausau, daughter of the late George and Edna (Rajek) Schreier. Betty was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and Milwaukee Brewers fan. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed fishing and wildlife and was an excellent cook. Survivors include, 12 siblings, Maryellen Volm, Brokaw, Gerald (Genevieve) Schreier, Marathon, James Schreier, Wausau, Dar Nowitzke, Marathon, Ruth (Kenneth) Wendt, Marathon, Richard Schreier, Marathon, Joseph (Maureen) Schreier, Rib Mountain, Clifford Schreier, Marathon, Robert (Lisa Giese) Schreier, Marathon, Edna Schreier, Marathon, David Schreier, Marathon and Dr. John Schreier, Marathon; and nieces and nephews further survive. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary and Kenneth; an infant sister, Joan; and one brother-in-law, Richard Volm. Private burial will be held at a later date.
