Eldine 'Ellie" S. Blaubach

Eldine “Ellie” S. Blaubach, 90, died Sunday, November 24, 2024 under the care of Interim Hospice at Mountain Terrace, Wausau.

She was born November 11, 1934, in town of Rib Falls, daughter of the late Elmer and Laura (Zunker) Schulz.  On September 22, 1951, she married Alvin Blaubach at Zion Lutheran Church, Rib Falls.  He preceded her in death on January 1, 2011.

Eldine worked at Bills Fine Food, Mount View Manor and Quality Foods in Schofield until her retirement in 1997.  She enjoyed cooking, baking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Survivors include two sons, James (Dorothy) Hazelhurst and Kenneth (Judy) Wausau; one daughter, Lori (Roger) Pachal, Wausau; grandchildren, Mike (Angie) Blaubach, Robert (Andrea) Blaubach, Michelle (finance Dan) Blaubach, Matthew (finance Chrisha) Pachal, Jennifer Pachal; great-grandchildren, Bryce, Breck, Conner and Cameron Blaubach, Jordan Nelson; sister, Patricia Schulz and brother, Allen (Sonia) Schulz.

Besides her parents and husband, Alvin, she was preceded in death by sister, LaVonne Schulz and many in-laws.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Rib Mountain Lutheran Church.  Rev. Tim Swanson will officiate.  Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, town of Stettin.  Visitation will be Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services all at Rib Mountain Lutheran Church.
