Elaine M. Hofmann

Elaine M. Hofmann 79, formerly of Wausau, was born to eternal life on Sunday, November 11, 2007. She was the beloved mother of Allen (Kathy) Rhyner, Rita Cheesman, Georgiana (Luis) Aguilar, Christina Ringwell, Tony Hofmann, Evalina (Arnold Schmear) Hofmann, Grandmother of Tommy (Kathy) Rhyner, Stephine Samulson, Lisa Cheesman, Heidi Aguilar, Louis (Becky) Aguilar, Daniel Aguilar, Jonathan Ringwell, Stacy Ringwell, Jena Ringwell, Matthew and Ethan Hofmann, Arnold Schmear, Monica Schmear and Rena Schmear. She is further survived and loved by 16 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter, two brothers, Leroy and Roger and two sisters, Betty Jane and Margie. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, November 15, 2007 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services all at the Sixth Street funeral home.
