Eileen Krause

Eileen "Elaine" Krause 88, formerly of Rib Mountain, died Saturday, April 30, 2005 at Marshfield Care Center, Marshfield. She was born November 14, 1916 in the town of Eau Pleine, daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Schmidtke) Weber. On July 18, 1942, she married Stanley Krause in Stratford. He preceded her in death on August 29, 1986. Stanley and Elaine farmed in the town of Cassel until retiring in 1984 when they moved to Rib Mountain. Among her many interests, she enjoyed gardening, sewing and needlework. Survivors include, one son, Kenneth (Judy) Krause, Marathon; one daughter, Carolyn (Alvin) Heck, Colorado Springs, Colo.; six grandchildren; one great grandson; and one sister, Geraldine Willis, Stratford. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Willard Weber. Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery.
