Edwin D. Gorecki

Edwin D. Gorecki, 85, Hatley, died Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at his home. He was born May 15, 1931 in Wisconsin, son of the late Anton and Mary (Nievinski) Gorecki. On November 19, 1955 he married Ann Mary Buchkowski. She preceded him in death on December 15, 2013. Edwin served his country in the United States Army. He was a proud union member and a proud Democrat. He enjoyed gardening and hunting. Survivors include his son, Edwin Gorecki Jr., Hatley; sisters, Irene Olszewski, Milwaukee and Esther Page, LaCrosse, nephews and nieces. Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Anton Gorecki Jr. and a sister, Grace Kluck. Private family services will be held.
