Edna M. Vogen

Edna M. Vogen 75, former Wausau resident passed away on December 28, 2001 in Green Bay. She was born to Christ and Olga Olson on October 20, 1926. She lived most of her life in the Wausau, where she was employed for many years at the Montgomery Wards Catalog Store. Edna enjoyed raising indoor plants and outdoor gardening. She enjoyed knitting, traveling, working crossword puzzles, reading but she especially was good at growing African violets. Survivors include; one daughter, Linda Vogen, Green Bay; one son and daughter-in-law, David and Mary Lu Vogen, Holcomb and two granddaughter, Lisa, San Jose, CA and Ruth Ann, Green Bay; one brother, Jule Olson, Eugene, OR; two sisters-in-law, Mildred Olson, Eau Claire and Donna Danielson, Minneapolis, MN and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2001 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th St., Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call from 10:00 a .m. Monday until the time of services at the 6th St. funeral home.
