Edna E. Seer

Edna E. Seer 93, 540 East Thomas St., Wausau, died Thursday, June 13, 2002 at her home. Edna was born February 21, 1909 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Matt and Nelda (Bub) Seer. She was married to Clarence Seer who preceded her in death in 1952. Edna worked as a secretary for the Milwaukee County Democratic Party from 1954 to 1979 and moved to Wausau in 1989. Her family and those who knew her best will miss her grace and warmth. She is survived by one daughter, Nelda (Jerry) Madison, Wausau; one son, Donald (JoAnne) Stahl, Albuquerque, New Mexico; four grandchildren, Mark (Heidi Arnao) Madison, Micki Stahl, Derrin Stahl and Elliott (Elena) Madison; three great grandchildren, Casey Stahl, Madeline and Andre Madison. Memorial services will be held 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2002 at the First United Methodist Church, Wausau. Rev. Cathy Hamblin will officiate. Friends may call on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First United Methodist Church, Wausau or the Salvation Army, Wausau. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th St., Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
