Edna Mae Brandt

Edna M. Brandt 55, Wausau, died Saturday, February 24, 2007 at home. She was born October 14, 1951 in Wausau, daughter of the late Ernest and Helen (Filtz) Modrzejewski. On August 12, 1972 she married Dale Brandt at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. He survives. Edna worked for many years as a baker at both Kreger's and Dixie Cream Donuts. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, had a love for the family pets and old rock n' roll music. Survivors include her husband, Dale Brandt, Wausau; son, Dale Jr. (Paula) Brandt, Birnamwood; sisters, Eunice (Leroy) Schmitz, Woodruff and Phyllis Ramsey, Cocoa, Florida and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, March 1, 2007 at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wausau. Rev. Jamie Brei will officiate. Friends may call Wednesday from 5 - 8 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and again Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
