Dorothy Irene Kania

Dorothy Irene Kania, 78, Wausau, died Friday, April 17, 2009 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. On May 28, 1930 she was born in Athens, daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (Brodjeski) Kania. Dorothy worked as a sales clerk at Woolworths for 25 years. Survivors include one brother, Ronald (Marie) Kania, Wausau, one sister, Lucille Milkowski, Wausau and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2009 at Church of Holy Name of Jesus Parish, 1104 S. Ninth Avenue, Wausau. Rev. James Schaefer will preside. Burial in Restlawn Memorial Park cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the Mass on Monday at the church.
