Doris R. Fisher-Hollman
85, 708 Park Avenue, Wausau died Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
She was born November 7, 1923 in Wausau, daughter of the late Peter and Ida (Fisher) Frei.
Doris retired from the former Wausau Motor Parts, now known as Federal Mogul. Some of her favorite pastimes included bowling, gardening, feeding the birds and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, Jerome (Jeanette) Fisher, Schofield, three grandchildren, Jeffrey Fisher, Jennifer (Ken Spatz) Fisher, Schofield, Julie (Jeff) DeClark, Wausau and three great grandchildren, Marissa and Jaden Spatz, Dominic DeClark.
Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her siblings, Franklin Rybarczyk and Mary Ann Gram.
The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. The Rev. William Grevatch will preside. Burial will be in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church.
