Donna Schulz

Donna Schulz 73, Wausau, died Monday, June 22, 2009 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born October 23, 1935 in Rhinelander, daughter of the late Charles and Nina (Schaefer) Chariton. She married Raymond Schulz in Bellevue, Ill., he preceded her in death on December 30, 1998. Donna served her country as a veteran of the United States Air Force. Prior to her retirement, she had been an employee of the United States Postal Service for 30 years. Survivors include, five children, David (Sue Yahr) Schulz, Appleton, Daniel Schulz, Wausau, Bruce (Cindy) Schulz, Wausau, Teresa (John) Hofmann, Schofield and Scott (Brandy) Schulz, DePere; nine grandchildren, Alisha, Lindsey, Kaden, Alyssa, Denise Schulz, Amanda Volkman, Shannon (fiance James Wadinski) Schulz, Harmony Hofmann and Sarah (Alan) Pischer; three great-grandchildren, Logan, Lily and Sadie and her beloved dog "Misty". Besides her parents and husband, Raymond, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Michael; five brothers, William, Robert, Raymond, Douglas and Don Chariton; and one sister, Mary Lou Tressidder. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Memorial Chapel Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Rev. Gerald Pehler O.F.M. Cap. will officiate. Entombment will be in the Memorial Chapel Mausoleum. Friends may call Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until time of services at the Memorial Chapel Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau.
