Donna M. Schultz

Donna M. Schultz, 59, Schofield, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Marshfield Medical Center, Weston.

She was born June 30, 1966 in Marshfield, daughter of Dale and Shirley (Lang) Majerus, Abbotsford.

For many years, Donna was a housekeeper at North Central Health Care Center, Wausau. Many coworkers have fond memories of how kind, friendly, and compassionate she was. Always there to help, work related… or otherwise. She was able to make anyone's day better.

Anyone who knew Donna knew how special she was. She would give you the shirt off her back before knowing she had another for herself. She would go to her friends' children's sport events, dance recitals, fund raisers, anything she could do to help support you and yours. She was always making baby blankets for her friends' little ones, and she was so happy too.

It’s really hard to find the words to describe how impactful her kindness was. Donna’s heart was unimaginably big and she was always ready to help in any way that she could. Adopting Hannah’s friends like members of her own family and making them feel like there was another home for them, with its doors open at any time.

Donna loved doing anything with her daughter, whether it was painting pottery, going to the farmers market, or even a demo derby. You name it, she was ready to go. Events won’t feel the same sparkle and whimsy without her but know that she’s looking over all of us and hoping we have the best time that we can, even without her warm, loving smile.

Survivors include her daughter, Hannah Schultz, Rothschild, her parents, Shirley and Dale Majerus, Abbotsford and her brother, Bob and Karen Majerus, Dorchester

Donna was preceded in death by her faithful four-legged companion, Buddy.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 17, 20215 at Dorchester Memorial Cemetery, Dorchester. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Wausau is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed at www.petersonkraemer.com
