Deloris B. Hahn
84, Wausau, died Sunday, March 19, 2006 in Pallative Care at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
She was born January 7, 1922 in the town of Hamburg, daughter of the late Emil and Martha (Voigt) Haehlke. On June 15, 1946, she married Norman Hahn at St. Peter Lutheran Church, town of Hamburg. He preceded her in death on January 8, 1991.
Deloris was employed with the Marathon County Register of Deeds for 18 years until her retirement in January of 1978. Among her many interests, she enjoyed polka dancing, playing cards, traveling and spending many winters in Florida with her husband, Norman.
Survivors include one sister-in-law, Florence Haehlke, Merrill; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, Norman, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ervin, Walter and Harry Haehlke; and five sisters, Elsie Hanke, Lena Kankelfitz, Greta Pruss, Edna Wendt and Nilda Roeder.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 23, 2006 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Wausau. Rev. Dennis Pegorsch will officiate. Entombment will be in the Memorial Chapel Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church, Wausau.
