Della Pyan

Della Pyan 93, Wausau, died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau. She was born April 5, 1917 in Rib Falls, daughter of the late William and Theresa (Fishbach) Rux. On November 24, 1962 she married Reynold Pyan. He preceded her in death on August 2, 2002. Della worked as a nurse's aide for St. Mary Hospital. Survivors include nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides her parents and husband, Reynold, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Rosalia Krahn, Isabella Biel, Evelyn Kerslager and LaVerne Rux and one brother, David Rux. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th Street, Wausau. Burial will be in the Rib Falls Methodist Cemetery.
