Debra Lynn Hendler

Debra L. Hendler 53, Weston, died Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born July 21, 1953 in Wausau, daughter of Charles and Joan (Aschebrook) Damerell. On June 29, 1974, she married Fred Hendler at The Church of St. Anne, Wausau. He survives. Debra worked for the D.C. Everest School District as a Teacher's Aid for more than 10 years. Among her many interests, she enjoyed crafts, card stamping and especially, spending time with her family. Survivors include, her husband, Fred; two children, Jonathon and Kristin Hendler, all of Weston; her mother, Joan Damerell, Wausau; one brother, Steven (Cheryl) Damerell, Mosinee; one sister, Ann (Larry) Holzem, Wausau; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Damerell. The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 11, 2006 at St. Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild. Rev. Janusz Kowalski will officiate. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church.
