David A. Wolfgram
66, Wausau, died Tuesday, January 20, 2009, under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, surrounded by his family.
He was born January 22, 1942 in Menasha, son of the late Melvin and Erna (Lickert) Wolfgram.
David enjoyed his career as a realtor in the Wausau area for many years. Prior to obtaining his realtor license, he worked for Natural Concepts, Wausau, managed the former Speedway Gas Station, Wausau and most recently managed an apartment complex. Among his many interests, he enjoyed golfing, deer hunting, fishing, camping, spending time up North and playing cards. In his youth, David was very active in Boy Scouts and was proud to be an Eagle Scout. One of his greatest joys was sharing time with his family and friends.
Survivors include; six children, Terri (Dave) Holzem, Schofield, Scott (Ken) Wolfgram, Madison, Lori Schneller, Schofield, Curt (Nicky) Wolfgram, Schofield, Corinne Cassidy, Wausau and Donna Wolfgram, Montana; three step-children, Scott (Nicole) Dhein, Mosinee, Bethany (Darak) Hutchison, Wausau and Jessica (Paul) Krause, Green Bay; 17 grandchildren; one great granddaughter; one sister, Judy (Pat) Sullivan, Texas; one brother, Larry (Diane) Wolfgram, Waukesha; two special friends, Jean McMahon, Wausau and Jeanne Dolan, Combined Locks, Wis.; his close friend, Charlie Pergande, Weston; and nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Grace Wolfgram.
Memorial services will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2009 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Rev. Bruce Lamont will officiate. Friends may call Friday from 4:00 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
