David E. Raymond

David E. Raymond, 88, Weston passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at his home.

He was born October 7, 1937 in Wausau, son of the late Harold and Angeline (Scutkowski) Raymond. On June 13, 1970 he married Connie Haight at Holy Name Catholic Church, Wausau. She survives.

For many years Dave was an electronic technician at AT&T. Some of his favorite pastimes included being outside, fishing, cutting wood and traveling. Dave had a passion for bear hunting and would be known to spend over a month in the bear woods alongside Connie.

Dave proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Raymond, Weston, one sister, Rosemary Wianecki, Eagle River and nieces and nephews.

At Dave’s request there will be no formal services. A private service will be held at Fellowship Baptist Church, Kronenwetter at a later date.
