David P. Gereau

David P. Gereau 82, 2901 N. Seventh St., Wausau, died Monday June 30, 2003 at Community Health Care Wausau Hospital. David had been employed as a heavy equipment operator in road construction prior to his retirement. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Rose (Rasmussen) Gereau, Wausau, his children, Roger (Cheryl) Gereau, Palm Coast, Fla., Gloria (Rev. Evert) Atkinson, Longview, Wash., Betty (Michael) Anger, Eau Claire, Patricia (Roger) Wix, Wausau, Ronald (Carrie) Gereau, Logan, Utah, Robert (Sherry) Gereau, Schofield, 16 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, his siblings, Leo Gereau, Withee, Ruth Gabrielson and Eva Ingetbretson, both of Minneapolis, Sara Hilton, Pecatonica, Ill., John (Nancy) Gereau, Rockford, Ill. Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Weds. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Entombment will be in Memorial Chapel Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. Weds. until the time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home.
