Dale F. Riske

Dale F. Riske 54, Athens, died Friday, March 23, 2007 at his home. He was born January 22, 1953 in Wausau, son of the late Robert and Mildred (Hetzel) Riske. Dale worked as a cement finisher and was a member of BAC Local 06WI. Some of his hobbies included hunting, playing softball and helping his brother make maple syrup. He also had a tremendous sense of humor and loved his family dearly. Survivors include his brother, Douglas (Patty) Riske, Athens; sisters, Dawn Hoy, St. Louis, Mo. and DeAnn (Richard) Hilfiker, Holtville, Calif.; nieces and nephews, Rachel and Allison Riske, Martin, Philip, and Katy Hoy, Jeff, Brandi, Jeremy, Jarett, Joel and Johanna Hilfiker; great nieces and nephews, Derek, Morgan and Jay Hilfiker and special friend, Krissy. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Athens. Rev. Andrew Alberts will officiate. Burial will be in Athens Village Cemetery, Athens. Friends may call Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens and again on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
