Christine M. Stolze-Weber 74, 1010 E. Wausau Avenue, Wausau died Wednesday, February 9, 2005 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau. She was born August 23, 1929 in Poniatowski, daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Minitzke) Mallak. Christine married Victor Stolze in Wausau. He preceded her in death. She then married Melvin Weber. He also preceded her in death. Christine was a data entry processor at Wausau Insurance for over 25 years. She also worked at Stolze Printing with her husband Victor. Some of Christine's favorite pastimes were bowling, crocheting, playing cards and taking an occasional trip to the casino. Christine was also a member of the Ladies VFWAuxiliary in Wausau. She truly cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren, either here in Wausau with Josh or in New York with William and Nicholas. Survivors include her children, Joseph (Barb) Stolze, Wausau and Patricia (Robert) Guido, Long Beach, New York, her grandsons, Josh Stolze and William and Nicholas Guido, her siblings, Regina Melig, Milwaukee, Irene (Fred) Sutherland, Rice Lake and Edward Mallak, Wausau, one great aunt, Stella Walker, Wausau, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her husbands and parents, Christine was preceded in death by her siblings, Harriet, Lottie, Leo and Ben. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 10, 2005 at First English Lutheran Church, Wausau. Rev. Jay Kamrath will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
