Cheryl Kort

Cheryl Kort 58, Rothschild, died suddenly Saturday, December 10, 2005 at her home. She was born April 5, 1947 in Wausau, daughter of the late Albert and Lilly Mae (Lashua) Krause. On June 30, 1973, she married Robert Kort in Wausau. He survives. Cheryl was a loving woman and beloved by all who knew her. She enjoyed her pets as well as her arts and crafts. Cheryl will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Besides her loving husband, Robert, she is survived by three children, Marc (Elizabeth) Foley, Melissa Boykins and Michelle (Ronald) Marten; five grandchildren, Bethany, Rubecca, Breanna, Justin and Matthew; one brother, Thomas Krause; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. Wednesday until the time of services at the Stewart Avenue funeral home.
