Charlotte Elaine Conley, 25 day old infant daughter of Christian and Melinda (Schubert) Conley was called to heaven Wednesday September 8, 2021 at Childrens Hospital-Neenah.
Survivors besides her loving parents include her grandparents, Lyle and Kimberly Conley and Jason and Casey Schubert; aunts and uncles, Sterling Conley, Hayley Conley, Zach Odegard and Cheyanna Sundquist, along with many other extended family and friends.
Private family services were held. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed at www.petersonkraemer.com
