Chad E. Molstad

Chad E. Molstad 36, Weston, died Sunday, September 17, 2006. He was born August 28, 1970 in Thief River Falls, Minn., son of Earl Molstad, Wausau and Linda (Barrow) Molstad, Schofield. On October 12, 1996, he married Cassandra Przybylski at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. She survives. Chad was a 1989 graduate of Mosinee High School. For two years, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Marathon and graduated from North Central Technical College with a degree in nursing. Chad was a registered nurse at Aspirus Wausau Hospital and most recently was employed at St. Clare's Hospital, Weston. Among his many interests, he enjoyed snowboarding, hockey, fishing and had a great passion for woodworking. He especially enjoyed spending time with his two girls and his family. Survivors include, his wife, Cassandra, Weston; two daughters, Kaitlin and Krysta; his father, Earl (Cathy) Molstad, Wausau; his mother, Linda Molstad, Schofield; his brother, Darwin Molstad, Wausau; father and mother-in-law, Michael and Mary Przybylski, Mosinee; paternal grandparents, Clebert and Betty Molstad, Thief River Falls, Minn.; maternal grandparents, Don and Mavis Barrow, Erskine, Minn.; two step-sisters, Ann (Ray) Hessil, and Pam (Tim) Koch, all of Schofield; two half-sisters, Michelle (Jim) Bisek, Jordan, Minn. and Maureen (Steve) Westerhaus, Minneapolis, Minn.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by an aunt, Paulette; and an uncle, Barry. Funeral services will be Noon Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Rib Mountain. Rev. John Roseth will officiate. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Kronenwetter. Friends may call Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church.
