Catherine S. Doepke

Catherine S. Doepke 69, 815 Norton St., Wausau, died Friday, January 25, 2002 at Mount View Care Center, Wausau. She was born December 2, 1932 in Antigo, daughter of the late Edward and Margaret (Callahan) McClean. On November 20, 1954, she married Carl Doepke at St. Mary Catholic Church Rectory. He survives. Catherine was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, baking, family cookouts; going to garage sales but most special to her was taking care of her grandchildren and spending time with them. Surviving beside her husband, Carl Doepke, Wausau include two daughters, Denise (Tom) Bauman, Schofield and their children, Lindsay and Matthew, Karen (Scott) Andreas, Wausau and their children, Jonathon and Melissa; one sister, Noreen "Mickey" (Robert) Cuellar, Santo, Texas; one brother, Gerald (Susan) McClean, Huston, Texas. The funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2002 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th St., Wausau. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. Monday until the time of services at the 6th St. funeral home.
