Caroline I. Brzezinski
62, 1813 Lenard St., Wausau, died Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at her home following complications from asthma.
She was born April 24, 1942 in Wausau, daughter of the late Albin and Lydia (Gruna) Brzezinski.
Caroline had an extensive background in teaching and enjoyed to share her knowledge with many children. She taught at Owensboro Catholic Middle School for 8 years, St. Pius X Grade School for over 12 years; serving as assistant principal and also in Land Over Hills, Maryland. Caroline was a former nun with the Sisters of the Divine Savior.
Caroline was a very compassionate person who had a great love and respect for animals and nature, especially Shammy and Coco. She was very spiritual and a strong believer in the power of prayer and angels living amoung us. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling with family and friends.
Survivors include her siblings, Harry (Carol) Brzezinski, Grayson, GA., and their two children, Michael and John Brzezinski, LeRoy (Jane) Brzezinski, Green Bay and Marge Brzezinski, Wausau.
The funeral mass will be celebrated 6:00 p.m. Monday, February 14, 2005 at The Church of Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. Rev. Joseph Gyim-Austin will preside. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services all at the church.
