Carl C. Strey

Carl C. Strey, 45, Wausau died unexpectedly Monday September 25, 2017 in his home, after a long illness. Carl was born October 7, 1971 to Lowell and Joy (Kluessendorf) Strey in Wausau. Carl was a truck driver, owning his own semi for a time doing contract hauling. Helping his grandfather out on the family farm with ginseng was a time he truly enjoyed. Supporting the Brewers and the Green Bay Packers as a loyal fan was one of his favorite pastimes. Survivors include his parents, Lowell and Joy Strey, Wausau; and his sister, Stacy Strey, Green Bay. He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents. No services will be held at this time. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Wausau is in charge of the arrangements.
