Bryce D. Thewes
11, 805 Plumer Street, Wausau died Tuesday, September 18, 2007.
He was born August 29, 1996 in Wausau, son of David Thewes, Wausau and the late Debra Magrecke.
Bryce was a 5th grader at John Marshall Elementary School in Wausau. He was an avid fan of computer games and always enjoyed going hunting, fishing and camping with his father. Some of his other interests included going to the movies and taking trips to Green Bay with his mom. Bryce's memory will always live on with his family through the words of his favorite song by Toby Keith, "I Wanna Talk About Me."
Survivors include his father, David E. (Cary Barttlet) Thewes Jr., Wausau, his paternal grandparents, David E. (Patricia) Thewes, Kronenwetter, maternal grandparents, Neil (Patricia) Magrecke, Rothschild, half sister, Natashia Thewes and half brother Nicholas Thewes, both of Indiana and one step sister, Ashley Barttlet, Wausau. Bryce is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 22, 2007 at the Peterson/Kraemer 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. The Rev. Jim Verkest will officiate. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Kronenwetter. Friends may call on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the Sixth Street funeral home.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Bryce's name.
