Bruce Alexander Cameron

Bruce A. Cameron, 43, Wausau, formerly of Athens, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025.

He was born April 6, 1982 in Medford, the son of Vinoo and Janice (Mokry) Cameron.

Bruce was always up for an adventure. Whether it was a spur of the moment trip to the West Coast or sitting down at a blackjack table and seeing if the cards were in his favor, while enjoying the game with his friends. He will be deeply missed by his friends.

Bruce liked listening to classic rock and driving classic cars. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with Aaron and Ian, and at the end of the day, he loved nothing more than sharing a home cooked meal with his mother, Jan, and the companionship of a loyal dog.

He is survived by his mother, Janice; sisters, Nicole and Indira; and his “brother” Aaron.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vinoo; and his “brother” Ian.

A remembrance of his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial gift is appreciated in memory of Bruce.
